Keep a human on the loop, not in it

Approving every step turns an agent into a slower intern. Here is how we design oversight that scales with volume.

Teams new to agents often ask to approve everything. It feels safe, and for the first week it is the right call. After that, a person clicking approve on hundreds of correct drafts is not oversight. It is a bottleneck with a checkbox.

From approval to sampling

Once an agent has a track record, we move the team from approving every case to reviewing a sample of them and every exception. The agent does the volume, and the people look where it matters.

Alarms, not dashboards

Nobody watches a dashboard for long. Every unit we build posts to Slack when something drifts: a spike in handoffs, a drop in confidence or a supplier it has never seen before.
